Product Introduction
The Vacuum Tool Brazing Furnace is specifically designed for welding various small-sized superhard materials. It is widely applied in the production of cemented carbide tools (such as PCD tools, PCBN tools, CVD tools, CBN tools, engraving tools, etc.), drilling bits, stainless steel brazing, single crystal welding, ceramic-metal b razing, dissimilar metal components, complex thin plates, sandwich structures, and honeycomb structures. Its outstanding performance and efficient working method ensure high-quality welding results, providing reliable solutions for the application of various superhard materials.

Full PLC control with the option to switch to manual control mode.Equipped with a 10-inch high-definition touch screen.Off ers 50-segment programming and 30-segment program storage functions, facilitating easy operation suitable for continuous production.

Capable of exporting temperature and vacuum curves for process parameter analysis and optimization.

Produces clean and aesthetically pleasing welded surfaces, environmentally friendly and oxidation-free.Double-layer stainless steel material tray design ensures neat placement of welding materials.

Utilizes ring and bottom heating methods, achieving welding strengths 2-3 times higher than ordinary high-frequency welding.

Capable of welding over 600 pieces per batch (using CNGA1204 as an example), significantly enhancing production efficiency.

9.Brazing Process
