Equipment Introduction
A CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machine tool is an automated machine tool controlled by digital signals, which drives the movement of the machine tool through pre-programmed instructions to achieve precision part processing. Its core components consist of a computer numerical control device, a servo drive system, and the machine tool body itself, making it the core equipment in modern manufacturing.
Equipment Features
FEM (Finite Element Method) optimized design, with a wide bed and wide column structure. All castings are precision-cast using high-quality Meehanite resin sand, undergo multiple artificial aging treatments, ensuring excellent vibration absorption and strong overall rigidity.
Utilizes high-precision linear guides with low friction coefficients, ensuring sensitive response and high positioning accuracy.
Servo motors directly drive the feed, offering low inertia, high torque, and excellent dynamic performance.
The feed system employs direct-connected precision ball screws with automatic backlash compensation using laser interferometers.
XYZ rapid movement speeds can reach up to 48m/min.
Features a long saddle design with full-stroke support for the worktable, ensuring strong load-bearing capacity and excellent overall rigidity. Paired with precision ball screws and specialized angular contact ball bearings at both ends, the feed is precise and the load capacity is strong.
High-speed, low-torque cutting results in minimal tool wear, reduced stress on the spindle bearings, and prolonged machine life.
Adopts a Taiwanese well-known brand arm-type tool changer with a servo motor-driven tool magazine.
The cooling liquid tank (pump) is separated from the machine tool body, facilitating easy replacement of the cooling liquid.
The centralized lubrication system employs an intermittent electric oil supply system, periodically and quantitatively supplying oil to various lubrication points.
The fully enclosed electrical cabinet, combined with air circulation design, ensures excellent dustproofing, ventilation, and cooling effects.
Fully enclosed external protective sheet metal, offering an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
