Product Introduction
The muffle furnace, fully known as the "Muffle Thermal Furnace", utilizes electricity as its energy source. Through electric heating elements, it converts electrical energy into thermal energy to heat and process materials. It typically consists of a furnace body, electric heating elements, and a temperature control system. The furnace chamber is constructed from high-temperature-resistant silica bonding materials, with heating elements such as resistance wires and silicon carbide rods. The temperature control system includes a temperature controller, millivolt meter, relay, and thermocouple.

1. High-Quality Heating Elements: Commonly used heating elements include resistance wires, silicon carbide rods, and molybdenum disilicide rods, characterized by high heating efficiency and long service life. They can be selected based on different temperature requirements.

High Temperature Control Precision: Utilizes microcomputer artificial intelligence adjustment technology, such as PID regulation, fully automatic control, and self-tuning functions, achieving a temperature control accuracy of ±1°C. Some products also support multi-stage program programming, enabling the creation of various heating and holding programs.

Superior Furnace Chamber Performance: The furnace chamber is typically constructed from ceramic fiber materials using CNC processes, exhibiting strong thermal shock resistance, resistance to rapid cooling and heating, good corrosion resistance, no collapse, no crystallization , no shedding, and no pollution. It also provides excellent thermal insulation, effectively reducing heat energy consumption.

4. Good Safety Performance: Equipped with independent over-temperature protection, over-voltage, over-current, leakage, and short-circuit protection devices. Some products also feature a door-opening power-off function to ensure the safety of operators and equipment.

Reasonable Appearance and Structural Design: The outer shell is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plates, processed with CNC machine tools and electrostatic spraying technology, presenting an aesthetically pleasing and corrosion-resistant finish. The double-layer furnace shell with an air insulation layer design maintains a low surface temperature of the furnace shell, reducing heat loss.
