Fiber Optic Coloring Machine

Equipment Purpose:

Used for full-spectrum coloring of SM (Single Mode) and MM (Multi Mode) optical fibers, as well as for fiber rewinding or sub-coiling. Capable of coloring or rewinding two optical fibers simultaneously. The equipment adopts internationally advanced PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and industrial-grade HMI (Human-Machine Interface) control.

Coloring Process:

Colors the surface of optical fibers through a coating device, utilizing UV/LED curing technology to achieve rapid curing and color adhesion, facilitating the differentiation of different optical fibers or enhancing protective performance.

High-speed Rewinding & Mark ing:

Supports high-speed rewinding (with a process speed of up to 800m/min), simultaneously applying color rings to mark the optical fibers, ensuring neatly arranged bobbins with clear identification.

Tension Control & Low Loss:

Employs electric cylinder-driven unwinding and winding units, combined with potentiometers and PLC control systems, to achieve precise tension control (0.3-1.5N), with additional loss controllable at ≤0.01dB/km (for single-mode fibers).
