Types and Characteristics

Single-Punch Tableting Machine

Utilizes a single set of punches for vertical reciprocating motion, forming tablets through a single compression stroke.

Simple structure but low efficiency, suitable for laboratory trials or very small-batch production.

Rotary Tableting Machine

Features multiple sets of punches evenly distributed on a rotating turntable, with the up-and-down motion of the punches controlled by tracks, significantly improving production efficiency.

Typical models include:

Ordinary Rotary Type: Supports double-pressure structure, capable of pressing multiple tablets per rotation, suitable for medium-scale production.

High-Speed Rotary Type: Punch line speed ≥60m/min, with a production capacity of 43,000-110,000 tablets per hour, equipped with automatic feeding, dust recovery, and buffering devices, suitable for large-scale industrial production.

Characteristics of Rotary Tableting Machines

High speed and high output, with adjustable speed, low noise, and stable operation.

Enlarged pressure roller shaft, providing strong pressure, with tablet diameters adjustable up to 22MM (10 punches).

Used in the pharmaceutical, chemical, food, and other industries for compressing powders and granules into tablets, with a wide range of applications.

Turntable electroplated, enabling continuous tablet ejection, with adjustable pressure and tablet weight.
